Pecan Oil Banana Bread

Pecan Oil Banana Bread

Moist, flavorful, and made with no butter or canola—just pure pecan oil for a smooth finish and nutty undertone.

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup pure pecan oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or dark chocolate chips

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, pecan oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until combined. Fold in optional add-ins.
  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
