
Pecan Oil Banana Bread

Moist, flavorful, and made with no butter or canola—just pure pecan oil for a smooth finish and nutty undertone.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup pure pecan oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, pecan oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until combined. Fold in optional add-ins.
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
