Pecan Oil Roasted Green Beans

A simple side dish with a rich, nutty depth from pecan oil. Perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday spreads.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons pure pecan oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or a squeeze of lemon juice after roasting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss green beans with pecan oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Spread beans on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Finish with garlic powder or a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
