Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup pure pecan oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly whisk in the pecan oil until the dressing emulsifies, or shake everything together in a sealed jar.
