I have cooked eggs over medium with sea salt and cracked pepper and they tasted amazing. This past week I made roux for gumbo and it browned to perfection and tasted amazing! I haven’t had the opportunity to really do any other cooking with it yet, but I love it so far!!

I love this oil! I use it year round! I have been buying it in Fort Worth at the Vending Nut Co. for several years. They were low on stock when I went in to buy my supply to make our annual holiday treat, Not Your Grandmother’s Snack Mix. I ask when they would have a shipment and he ask if I would prefer to buy it by the gallon. Absolutely! It will save me some $$$ for this project! My only comment is I would prefer it not be packaged in plastic bottle. Perhaps you can source a metal can like olive oil is often found in. Happy Holidays!

We have purchased another well known brand of pecan oil for many years. Due to increased prices, we shopped around and found the Pecan Press. This oil is amazing! You can actually taste a light pecan taste! My husband who has heart issues can use this, which he does in everything he cooks! This is now our favorite pecan oil! Love using this Pecan Oil

Received my pecan oil yesterday. Received in a very timely fashion. It was packaged carefully and in great shape on arrival. The bottle I received had just been pressed earlier this month. I just ate some drizzled on fresh cut peaches and it has an amazing flavor. I can’t wait to try some in recipes. I would definitely recommend and plan to purchase more in future.

Got 5 stars from me! Just sautéed a steak in this oil and it was delicious! I can’t wait to use it in a salad dressing. My daughter got it for me on a trip recently and now I don’t think I can live without the flavor. I’m so glad I can order online.
